UP-6124 Fully Automated HAST Chamber for Highly Accelerated Stress Testing of IC packages

High Pressure Accelerated Aging Test Chamber is to test products and materials in harsh temperatures, saturated humidity (100%R.H.[saturated water vapor] and pressure environment its high humidity resistance test equipment. For example, test the absorption rate of printed circuit board (PCB or FPC), the moisture resistance of semiconductor packaging, the circuit break caused by corrosion in the dynamic metallization area, and the short circuit caused by pollution between the package pins.

Features:
1. Safety device for the pot: If the inner box is not closed , the machine can not start
2. Safety Valve: When the inner box's pressure higher than the machine's undertake value, it will self-relieve.
3. Double overheat protection device: When inner box's temperature is too high, it will alarm, and Automatic cut off the heating power.
4. Cover protection: The inner box's cover is made of aluminum alloy, can protect the worker from scald.
